Prices and shipping costs
The price is expressed in euros. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are composed of shipping and handling fees. Belgium with Bpost (order +2days 6,90€); Free shipping from 35€. Europe with DHL; Order +4 days 35€.
Payment : You are insured against abuse when paying by credit card, as you can stop the payment when checking your statement. There is no risk of abuse of your credit card when you make a purchase online using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. You are even better protected than with a normal purchase where you risk losing money if your secret code is misused. The personal data you enter during an electronic payment is encrypted (SSL). Your data will not be used by mijnfopspeen.be or by third parties.
The amount due will only be debited after your shipment has been registered. It is impossible to charge more than the amount indicated at the time of your purchase.

Delivery: Your order will be sent by Bpost or DHL to the address you indicated in your order. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will normally be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (2 days for Belgium, 4 for the rest of Europe). We cannot deliver on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. Shipping costs in Belgium are 6,90€. Deliveries outside Belgium and within the European Union are shipped at a flat rate of 35€. No deliveries can be made outside Europe.
Right of return. We send you very fresh products by express delivery. The products are in principle not returnable. In case of quality problems with our products, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will thoroughly inspect the product concerned and possibly refund your money or send you other products. Please note that if the products have been partially consumed or damaged, we reserve the right not to take back the product. However, this does not apply if the damage is due to normal quality examination.
If you wish to cancel your purchase after placing the order, you cannot in principle cancel the purchase and you must pay for the order.
Your personal data; When you order a product from Chocolaterie Carré, you are asked to provide your name, address, e-mail and telephone number so that we can send you the order. Chocolaterie Carré is committed to protecting and treating the stored data of all its customers as confidential. This data will not be sold or given to third parties.

Force majeure 1: In case of force majeure, Chocolaterie Carré is not bound by its obligations. In this case, it can either suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure, or terminate the contract definitively. 2: Force majeure is any circumstance beyond the control of Chocolaterie Carré, which prevents Chocolaterie Carré from performing its obligations in whole or in part. This includes, but is not limited to: strikes, unexpected traffic jams, accidents on European roads, fires, industrial disruptions, energy disruptions, disruptions of a (telecommunication) network or connection or of the communication systems used and/or the unavailability of the website at any time, non-delivery or late delivery by suppliers or other third parties provided, COVID 19, ....
